The Estaport Estate is engineered to be EDGE Certified, guaranteeing a tangible reduction of over 20% in energy, water consumption, and embodied energy in building materials.

Yes. The project offers flexible payment methods and is linked to the Ministry of Finance Incorporated Real Estate Investment Fund (MREIF), a Federal Government-backed fund, to help address the issue of affordable mortgage repayment for interested homeowners.
